Our dry cured peppered bacon contains only natural nitrates found in celery. Due to it being dry cured, our peppered bacon contains less water content, giving it a nice, crispy finishing texture. Pepper bacon is hand rubbed with a special blend of pepper and then dry-cured for three to five days.
