I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who didn’t enjoy tacos. These tacos from Rick Bayless’s kitchen with a spicy chipotle glaze and a persimmon salsa is just as yummy as can be.

As Rick points out, if you’re not used to persimmons (though he really urges you to try them), you can use many other fruits for the salsa: mango and pineapple are just a couple of examples.
