Our slow cooked Brisket will be the highlight at any BBQ or family event. We have taken the cook time out of your hands and made it easier for you! Our Pre-Cooked Brisket is prepared over a USDA Inspected Custom Pit, with Real Hickory Wood, slow cooked at 200 degrees for over 14 hours! Use our grass-fed and finished brisket meat for sandwiches, tacos, and more!
Ingredients:
Salt, Black Pepper, Brown Sugar, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder, Dry Mustard, Ground Cumin, and Celery Salt.
Instructions to Preheat: (Only Our Recommendation)
- (First Method): Take frozen or thawed sealed product and place in crockpot. Fill Crockpot with warm water until the Brisket is fully submerged under. Set crockpot on low and place lid on crockpot. Check water level to make sure brisket stays submerged. From frozen ranges about 6 hours. at 140 degrees while thaw will take about 3 hours.
- (Second Method): Preheat oven to 185 degrees. Fill deep pot or pan with warm water and place brisket. Make sure it is fully submerged. Cover with lid or foil and place in the oven. Frozen will take 4-5 hours and Thawed will take about 2-3 hours.
