Grass Beef Porterhouse (Limited Time!)



A choice piece of beef with a conspicuous T -shaped bone, cut from the short loin and similar to a T-bone steak but with a larger portion of tenderloin. Priding ourselves in their delicious, tender, and juicy flavor, our grain-finished steaks are one of our best-selling steaks for a reason. The T-bone and porterhouse are steaks of beef cut from the short loin. Porterhouse steaks are cut from the rear end of the short loin and thus include more tenderloin steak, along with a large strip steak.
